Coaches are given a great responsibility with the opportunity to change lives.  I grew up in an era where coaching youth sports wasn't a business. It was an opportunity to give back to kids in your community and make a positive impact on young lives. I want coaches that have a desire to make an impact. I want coaches that are open minded and are always willing to learn. We can all get better every day as coaches, humans, husbands, wives, fathers and athletes.
